“Bri****, you are a magician putting on a show and you’re a master of your craft.” – MrsMusing.com
Tonight on Twitter, the founder of the Light Up Yellow Campaign (formerly the RIP Cpl. Nathan Cirillo Facebook page) and MissMusing.ca (yes, she is the SAME person, despite her continuous efforts to confuse her readers into believing that they are two separate people/entities) went on a bizarre and lengthy diatribe against her favourite victim, Dann Martin, who in his own right, has been just as bad as she has when it comes to his behaviour on the Internet.
Here is her spiel in its entirety before she quickly deleted her Twitter account (I’m guessing it’s been moved to another unknown account name so that she doesn’t lose her followers), closed her celebrity gossip blog/website (it’s “parked” by Godaddy), and disabled her fraudulent Facebook page (for about the hundredth time, so I won’t be holding my breath). Anyway, here’s the disappearing act:
“Took down all articles on a particular subject. We’ll no longer stoop to his level and obsess over him like he does us. He’s unimportant.
“Dann, unlike you I don’t need to resort to desperate attempts and message everyone to let them know what a lowlife POS you are.
“This whole thing started when you, Dann, sexually harassed me online and I ignored your advances by blocking you.
“You then took it a step further and photoshopped a tweet to make it look like I said you were my ex when WE HAVE NEVER EVEN MET!!!!!!
“But that wasn’t enough. You made up a complete fabrication and accused me of a scam – unwarranted, unfounded and unproven…EVEN BY POLICE!
“You falsely accuse me and so many others of being ‘criminals’ when those you accuse DON’T EVEN HAVE CRIMINAL RECORDS.
“You also lied and said you lost your job because of e-drama, only to turn around and say you were on disability because of a back injury.
“I could go on and on but we would be here for hours.
“Unlike you, I have a life outside of the Internet. Friends, a career (even though you think otherwise), school…
“The great thing about all of that is I don’t owe you any explanation (or evidence) of what I do offline. (You stalk me enough, thanks.)
“And then there was that time you threatened to have me physically assaulted in one of your many YouTube videos…
“I could go on and on but we’d be here for hours.
“Unlike you, I have a life outside of the internet. Friends, a job (even though you think I don’t, which is totally fine!), school…
“And the great thing about all of that is I don’t owe you any explanation or proof. (You stalk me enough as it is, thanks.) You don’t own me.
“So while you’re busy being a constant troll/pain-in-the-ass and playing the role of Interweb Policeman, I’ll be busy happily living my life.
“Which is why I’m done with you. Done blogging about you, done mentioning you period. I will no longer stoop to your level.
“You’re irrelevant and no longer exist in my mind.”
Now that’s all fine and good, but considering this is supposed to be her “final” goodbye (at least until March 7, 2016 – OH! I’m just on pins and needles over here!!), I think it’s important to clarify a few of her blatantly misleading statements. Or lies. Or whatever you want to call them.
Let’s start at the beginning…
“Took down all articles on [Dann Martin]…”: Evelyn Smoothwater (this is just a codename that I use because she loves to cry about DMCA violations when I use her real name to try and get my blog suspended, plus she is the owner of an alternate Twitter pornography account under that exact same name) stated that she took down all of the articles that she had written about Dann from her MissMusing blog, when in actuality, she had immediately deleted them about two weeks ago after I published my last article entitled: The Cyber-Bully: What kind of Cowardly Monster is This? In that article, I made mention of possibly suing her after she fraudulently and criminally called me a pedophile, so I think it’s strange that she would even bother to bring it up now, so far after the fact. At the time, she deleted everything with my name on it, as well as his.
“We’ll no longer stoop to his level and obsess over him like he does us…”: Actually, that’s exactly what Evelyn does. She is the ultimate expert when it comes to childish behaviour. But the part about this statement that I love the most is her use of the words “we’ll” and “us,” as if to imply that there is more than one person involved in her schemes. It’s her, only her, and nobody else EVER but her. NEVER.
“This whole thing started when you, Dann, sexually harassed me online and I ignored your advances by blocking you…”: Dann is an inappropriate jerk at times. He is crude, immature, and frankly, I feel sorry for him because I really don’t think he understands why his behaviour is unacceptable at times. “That being said” (that one’s for you @candywhopper) I feel Dann Martin innocently made a slightly inappropriate comment (something strange about putting a banana in her mouth?) that Evelyn blew way out of proportion. Because that’s what she does. She gets all high and mighty and attempts to shame people on the Internet because… well… because she can. Welcome to the Internet. Oh and Evelyn… don’t be such a fucking prude. It was a joke, albeit a bad one, but a joke nonetheless. Get over yourself and your “silence is violence” nonsense. No one is hitting on you, and maybe that’s the real issue here.
“You then took it a step further and photoshopped a tweet to make it look like I said you were my ex when WE HAVE NEVER EVEN MET!!!!!!..”: Okay, now this is where I have to take a serious objection to Evelyn’s constant need to manipulate the truth. The only Photoshop that took place was by her and I have the screenshot to prove it. It’s all part of her malicious history that I described in great detail in my book SOCIOPATRIOT. Her Photoshop claim didn’t appear until several months after this image originally surfaced, so you know… nice try but she’s clearly only trying to save her careless ass. #FAIL
“You made up a complete fabrication and accused me of a scam – unwarranted, unfounded and unproven…EVEN BY POLICE!..”: As already mentioned, the Light Up Yellow Facebook page was initially set up as the RIP Cpl. Nathan Cirillo Facebook page, which was a memorial page dedicated to a fallen soldier in less than an hour after he was murdered. It was national news here in Canada and an entire country grieved for the tragic loss. It was quickly proven that Evelyn attempted to create a GoFundMe account to apparently raise money for the family, but after she was questioned about it by many concerned followers (the page had upwards of 225,000 members), she deactivated the GoFundMe account and removed the donate button from her website – claiming that it never existed in the first place. A year later, she even tried to say that Dann Martin was the one responsible for creating the GoFundMe account, but that was a ridiculous lie that never managed to gain any traction, so she dropped it from further discussions. In the end, the police couldn’t prove that she did anything illegal (theft) but it certainly doesn’t mean that she didn’t try. But hey… at least she ended up with an audience of a quarter million readers to slander and bully anyone who dared to question her.
In law, fraud is deliberate deception to secure unfair or unlawful gain.
“You falsely accuse me and so many others of being ‘criminals’ when those you accuse DON’T EVEN HAVE CRIMINAL RECORDS…”: Personally, I never heard Dann accuse anyone other than Evelyn of committing fraud, but whatever… just because someone doesn’t have a criminal record (according to her), doesn’t mean that they aren’t capable of criminal activity. Evelyn proves this point, as the only reason she continues to get away with her slander, fraud and criminal harassment is because it’s the Internet, and she gets away with most of what she does because she’s able to operate under multiple false identities (it’s much, much easier than you might think). If she doesn’t currently have a criminal record, perhaps that’s something that needs to be remedied in the near future – if the police ever decide to get up off their asses and tackle this issue.
“You also lied and said you lost your job because of e-drama, only to turn around and say you were on disability because of a back injury…”: Okay, I’ll give her this one. Dann did claim that he lost his job because of the things that Evelyn had written about him (which she has never denied doing), but he did say to me that he was sick of his job as a truck driver anyway and he wasn’t entirely sure that she was the reason that he lost his job, but he certainly suspected it was possible. More than likely, it was the downturned economy in the Calgary area with the failing oil sand industry that did him in, but only his former employer can really answer that one.
“And then there was that time you threatened to have me physically assaulted in one of your many YouTube videos…”: No actually, he didn’t. Evelyn just loves to tell people this and then share her ten second video clip of Dann talking about how he would love to watch her getting a whip to her back. He did not directly threaten her. The full video (which Evelyn conveniently edited out of context) merely stated that in other countries, she wouldn’t be able to get away with what she does as a resident of Canada where unfortunately, her behaviour is tolerated. My God, Evelyn, give it a rest already. You’re such a victim.
“You don’t own me…”: Oddly, she repeated three Tweets, all claiming to have a life outside of the Internet (not sure if she’s trying to convince her readers or herself), but added “You don’t own me” to the end of the second set. Own her? Truthfully, I don’t even know what that could mean and I’ve been following this fucked up story since the very beginning – over a year now! And it just keeps getting weirder and weirder. You don’t own me? Well thanks for the clarity.
“I’m done with you. Done blogging about you, done mentioning you period. I will no longer stoop to your level. You’re irrelevant and no longer exist in my mind…”: Personally, I’ll believe it when I see it. But something tells me, she’s not going to get off so easily. Call it a hunch.
